I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a great location. The bedroom was spacious and had a comfortable bed with nice TVs in both the bedroom and living room. I really enjoyed the strong water pressure in the shower and the abundance of hot water. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was best possible, close to the Sanborns which is a block away as well as an avenue teeming with day- and nightlife and easily accessible. My room was beautifully decorated and nicely furnished on a pull out couch. The stuff was brilliantly helpful, everything was amazing.

Great value for the price, spacious rooms, and convenient location near a variety of restaurants and the famous monument on Reforma Avenue. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome during our stay.
The hotel had some maintenance issues, including stained bedding and worn-out furnishings. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was also weak and unreliable at times.
